Pointless Post ll

Ah... Here i am with my purposeless post again. Oooh, i guess i would just repeat how i nearly got conned into direct sales job. Hmmm.. merely conned.. call it post-con or maybe pre-con? Anyway, few days ago, i was so enthusiastic in applying job, and, of course with my capability, i was thinking i'm no good at anything neither do i have special skills nor unique personalities. Thus, most of the job i'd applied was either management trainee or those with few requirements. HAHA... few days after i've applied, finally got calls for interview! 2 calls in a day!

Okla...happily i sms-ed my friend about it (on the same day).. Then, she, the once experienced unemployed fresh grad asked me to be aware of those positions which i'd applied i.e: Advertisement and Promotions Exec. She said it might be a scam and they will not give you basic plus the most important of all, you will have to do door-to-door sales, in short, direct sales. They will provide you training by sending you to one ulu(rural) area and you would have to do door to door sales. If you've already followed them to the destination but you do not want to do what they've asked you to (which is direct sales) and you wanted to go back home, you would have to find your way home by yourself! Remember, you're in a kampung area without your own transportation! But this doesn't apply to all the fraud company la.

Fortunately, with her advice, i did some research about that company i'm going for interview. YES! It ended up to be just like what she said. Googled it and found it's company mentioned in Low Yat Forum. It is said that the company are no different from the other con company. They hire you as A & P exec but what you have to do is direct sales in the name of advertising and promo! There are many companies mentioned too ! So people, please do some research before going for an interview even thought that company doesn't have it's own website.

Now it makes me wonder, A & P doesn't necessarily mean doing Advertising in terms of designing, creating brochures, deciding above the line ads or below the line or anything i've learnt in Uni.. My perception was naive enough! Anyway, i've nicely rejected the interview! Ah, my first interview will be on Mon, just going for a look, because i couldnt get the company website too neither could i find any info about it's reputation~~~

Hmmmm... i've just finished watching 盛世仁杰 (The greatness of a hero)! A very nice TVB Drama especially the main actor whom i called Fei Mau due to his previous drama where he's nickname is Fei Mau! Really funny! Should Watch this drama 盛世仁杰! Nice!

Aih.. Finished watching this.. what's next?...I need more dramas to cheer my holidays! LOL.. Mind you, i dont know when will my hols end. My motivation to work seems to be periodical. Sometimes i would be so eager and keen to get a job, at times, my spirit is low or lost...Hye~
